In accordance with the provisions of Article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code: "The consumer has a period of 14 clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons. nor to pay any penalties, with the exception, where applicable, of the return costs which remain at his expense".
The package must be returned to us ONLY BY POST.
Regarding the return of an unwanted item, returns are possible if:
- Items have not been opened, worn or tested
- Tags are not removed
- Items are returned in their original packaging
If this situation arises, you have a period of 14 days to assert your Right of withdrawal (for which you will find all the terms in the article 9.3 of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale).
We invite you to contact our Customer Service by email at email@example.com in order to inform us that the product does not suit you and that you wish to replace it, exchange it for another product of the same value or have it refunded.
Attention: If your wish is not clearly indicated on the complaint email, a credit will be automatically allocated to you in the form of a reduction code to be used on a future order.
- For an exchange, please specify which product you wish to receive in return (either the same product (subject to availability), or a product for an amount equal to the exchanged product).
- For a refund, please contact our Customer Service to find out the procedure to follow.

It will be the customer's responsibility to retain any proof of return. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Under no circumstances is LÉA MAKEUP responsible for the loss or damage of returned packages.
The product(s) must be intact, in their original condition, in their packaging and with their accessories. The product must not have been opened, used or show visible signs of deterioration in order to guarantee its hygiene and its perfect condition for resale.
Returns are processed within 10 working days, shipping costs are not refunded if the order has been shipped. You will receive an email as soon as your return has been processed (remember to check your spam or junk mail).
